Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the Personal Pay of Rs.500/Rs.600 given in the post of Headmaster - High School / Higher Secondary Schools respectively, while fixing the pay and pensionary benefits in the post of District Educational Officer and Chief Educational Officer, by extending the benefit of order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 4235 of 2007 etc. dated 13.03.2013 and the Government letter No. 23816/CMPC/2013-1 Finance (CMPC) Department dated 09.10.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to send the revised pension proposal to the Accountant General for sanction with arrears. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
