2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. All the respondents having been served, one Mr.Panneerselvam, learned counsel for the respondents takes notice for all the respondents and he has no serious objection.

4. Since the delay is 329 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
