The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judicial Magistrate, Salem to dispose S.C.No.138 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall report compliance after completion of the proceedings. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
