ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the debts/savings held by late C.N. Ramachandran, who died intestate on 21.08.2018. The petitioners 1 and 2 are the son and daughter of the deceased C.N. Ramachandran.

2. The 1st petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificates of the deceased C.N. Ramachandran and Kausalya 1/4

Ramachandran (mother of the petitioners), as Exs.P2 and P5, and the legal heirship certificates of the deceased C.N. Ramachandran and Kausalya Ramachandran, as Exs.P3 and P6. A perusal of Exs.P3 and P6 shows that the petitioners are the only surviving Class-I legal heir of the deceased C.N. Ramachandran. The 2nd petitioner has filed the petition along with the petitioner and is a signatory to the same. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3.In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the 1st petitioner for the grant, in respect of the debts/savings mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
