This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7454 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied the condition till 03.05.2023.

The respondent police has completed the investigation, filed final report and taken on file as C.C.No.362 of 2023 by the Special Court, NDPS Act at Chennai.

3. In the light of the above, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every hearing date and first working day of every month until further orders.
