(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners viz., Ganesh and Subramanian in the place of the deceased R.Sennimalai Gounder as the respondents 2 and 3 in the above appeal.

2.Heard the parties. Since the original Writ petitioner/ respondent had died, his sons have filed the above substitution petition and as this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered.
