By order dated 14.11.2025, this Court dismissed the criminal appeal for non prosecution. However, in the appearance portion, the name of Mr.R.Poonusamy, has been erroneously mentioned as if he entered appearnce for the petitioner.

In view of the above fact, in the order dated 14.11.2025, in the appearance portion, the name of Mr.R.Poonusamy shall be deleted and the same shall be marked as 'no appearance'.
