A.No.3683 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to permit the sole attesting witness Mr.P.Udhaya Sankar Babu to give evidence at the first instance to prove the Will of the Testator dated 25.10.2013. A.No.4138 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to implead the applicant as 9th defendant in the TOS.No.7 of 2022. A.No.1116 of 2025 has been filed by the applicant to implead the applicant as 9th defendant in the TOS.No.8 of 2022. A.No.1174 of 2025 has been filed by the applicant to permit the plaintiff to amend the official name of defendants 3 and 8 as per schedule in the TOS.No.7 of 2022.

A.No.1175 of 2025 has been filed by the applicant to permit the plaintiff to amend the official name of defendants 3 and 8 as per schedule in the TOS.No.8 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to 8, these applications are allowed.
