Petition to set aside the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the Learned Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Tirupattur in Crl.M.P.No.186 of 2015 and to relax the bail conditions imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (FAC), Tirupattur passed on 07.10.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.4418 of 2014 pending investigation in Crime No.89 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).
