C.M.P.No.12734 of 2019 In C.M.A.SR.No.72388 of 2019 S.RAMATHILAGAM.J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 135 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of three days failing which, this petition shall stand rejected automatically, without further reference to this Court.
