Respondents in W.P.No.39695/2015 W.P.No.36456 of 2015 has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first, second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.08.2015, in respect of that, whether any mandatory provisions were imposed in TANGEDCO in accordance with law, the petitioner should give self-explanation to the first, second and third respondents, in what way to establish the petitioner relationship to that person and if there is any mandatory provision in TANGEDCO in accordance with law and furnish those copies to the petitioner, according to Tamilnadu Electricity Office Manuals five day rule.

W.P.No.39695 of 2015 has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the order in Office Order No.1630/F.1/F.12/2015, dated 18.11.2015, issued by the second respondent, quash the same and direct the second respondent to consider the representation letter dated 23.11.2015.
