ORDER

When the Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents produced a copy of the communication in Lr.No.002859/L13/F.Court Case/D.111/2022 dated 10.02.2022 issued by the second respondent to the petitioner, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2021 was considered and allotment facility for group captive consumers has been enabled for the Wind Energy Generator with HT.SC.Nos.039204390162 of Palladam EDC from August 2021.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed, recording the submission and the communication so produced on the side of the respondents.
