(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register the case based on the online complaint id No. CRK21017820 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.02.2020 given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far no complaint is received in the respondent police station. The complaint shows that the complaint has been given only at Mylapore whereas, the petitioner has arrayed T.Nagar and B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai, as respondent police.

3. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the jurisdiction police and on receipt of the complaint, the concerned police is directed to take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
