Prayer:- This second appeal has been filed under Section 100 C.P.C., against the judgement and decree dated 05.07.2014 made in A.S.No.58 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore confirming the judgement and decree dated 20.04.2011 made in O.S.No.618 of 2001 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Vellore. For Appellants : Mr.Kanimozhi Mathi For Respondents : Mr.M.Hariharan for RR3 to 5 JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for appellants has submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and in this regard, he has produced a letter dated 28.11.2022 along with the mediation report dated 04.11.2022 by enclosing a copy of the compromise arrived at between the parties, stating that the mediation has been completed. 2.The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the dispute among the parties has been resolved amicably by entering into a 2/4

compromise dated 04.11.2022. Therefore, the learned counsel for the parties would pray this Court that appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 04.11.2022. The said compromise dated 04.11.2022 duly signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel has been produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 has also identified the signatures of the appellants as well as the respondents. 4.In view of the compromise entered into by the parties having settled their dispute amicably, the Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 04.11.2022 filed by the parties. The parties shall bear their own costs. The said compromise dated 04.11.2022 shall form part of the decree. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
