(The case has been heard through video conference) The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25534 of 2011 dated 26.04.2012.

2. This Court heard Mr.G.Punniyakotti, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, the learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order dated 26.04.2012 made in W.P.No.25534 of 2011. has been complied with. 2/3

It is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
