These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 26.07.2024. If the cost is paid on or before 26.07.2024, these petitions stand allowed and the Registry is directed to number the main appeals, if otherwise, in order and post the appeals for admission on 26.07.2024.
