ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 506(2) & 420 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.23 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already approached the Sessions Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P. No.5981 of 2021. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the above facts submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that already petitioner has preferred anticipatory bail petition before the Trial Court and suppressing the said fact , the present petition has been filed before this Court. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
