ORDER

The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC or Section 318 of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submitted that a petition enquiry is pending and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
