This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment of acquittal dated 08.04.2013 made in C.C.No.360 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.

ORDER

The criminal revision has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 08.04.2013 made in C.C.No.360 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode. The defacto complainant has preferred the present revision against the order of acquittal. In view of the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal only lies before the Court of sessions, against the order of acquittal impugned in this revision. Hence the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before appropriate forum.
