ORDER

The petitioner is an employee of Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Ltd., (TASMAC). The petitioner was placed under suspension by the respondent by order dated 18.2.2014. Subsequently, a charge-memo was issued to him. It is the grievance of the petitioner that there was no attempt made by the respondent to review the order of suspension. The petitioner submitted a representation, on 1.8.2014, requesting the respondent to review the suspension and thereafter filed this writ petition.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 1.08.2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
