The petitioner filed an Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.4105 of 2010, before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, praying for a Decree of Divorce. It is the grievance of the petitioner that there was no progress

made towards disposal of the Original Petition. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned Judge, I Additional Family Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the original proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4105 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31 March, 2017. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
