This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the criminal appeal as against the Judgment in Spl.S.C.No.44 of 2023 dated 19.12.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 50 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
