ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2020 within a time frame.

Heard Mr.K.Sadhananthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 & 6 to 8 and Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2020 viz., Revision as against the order dated 09.10.2020 passed by the Revenue Divisional Office, Erode, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
