Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no complaint dated 07.02.2015 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the concerned police.
