In continuation of the earlier Order of this Court dated 09.03.2021, the Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent submitted that a sum of Rs.60,638/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Eight only) has been handed over to Mrs.R.Shanmugavalli, who is the widow of the Petitioner herein, which amount is towards the interest on the gratuity amount. 2.Thus, the Order passed on 09.03.2021 stands complied with. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed.
