Assistant (History) with due seniority and confer all the consequential benefits such as pay fixation, revision of scale of pay and difference in arrears of pay, by considering the representation, dated 21.2.2014 made by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 21.02.2014 to fix the scale of pay notionally with effect from 11-01-2013 in the cadre of B.T. Assistant (History) with due seniority and confer all the consequential benefits such as pay fixation, revision of scale of pay and difference in arrears of pay. However, no order has been passed by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.2.2014, on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
