Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, on 05.05.2025 through e-filing No.LTN 20230001681C202500227.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
