This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12680 of 2022 on 08.06.2022 to appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for DRI cases would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
