2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.448 of 2012 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 342, 120(b), 395, 397, 402, 302 and 506(ii) IPC.

3. The matter had been listed after a period of 9 years. The earlier date on which it was listed was on 02.06.2014. There has been a sufficient passage of time for the water to have flown in the path.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
