This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6645 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.838 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in every month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
