The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.635 of 2012 in O.S.No.744 of 2007 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has already been disposed of on 07.12.2016 itself. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
