ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC r/w.21(1) Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act in Cr.No.191 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 14.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.9914 of 2021 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in the very same crime number, however, due to pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to deposit the conditional amount. Hence, the petitioners have filed this criminal original petition.

3.Since anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioners in the very same crime number, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in this petition. However, this Court grants further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioners, to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 14.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.9914 of 2021.

4.This criminal original petition is accordingly disposed of. -sd/- 16/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
