Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.2551/2018/H-1 dated 13.06.2019 and to quash the same and direct the respondents not to in any manner interfere with the functioning of the Self Help Group in running the integrated Sanitary Complex at Santhaimedu, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvathipuram, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District other than as per the rights and obligations conferred to the Self Help Group (Pavazham Women's Self Help Group) as found in the Contract dated 12.01.2011.
