The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 02.08.2022 in W.P.No.17460 of 2021, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide proceedings of the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu in Rc.No.3345949/Rect 1(2)/2022 dated 19.12.2022 and also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law.
