ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Crime No.957 of 2020, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.The petitioners who are the accused in Crime No.957 of 2020 have filed this petition. The defacto complainant is the mother of the victim and the case of the defacto complainant is that of bad touch made by her relative to the victim girl. It is seen that there is some dispute in their family over sharing and inheritance of the property, for which, civil suit is also filed. The place of touch made seems to be the strongest allegations against the petitioners. Further the petitioners have shown interest in giving quietus to both https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
agricultural and civil dispute between them. The learned counsel for the second respondent, Mr.M. Karthik, took earnest efforts to resolve the issue, but he reports that the defacto complainant is not willing for any negotiations and further submitted that in this case investigation completed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation completed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.56 of 2021, before the Special Court, POCSO Act, Chengalpet.
4.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the Charge sheet. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
