ORDER

After arguing on the merits of the case, this Court pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that an exhaustive https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suit has been filed by the petitioner before the III Additional District Court, Kallakurichi and the same is pending in O.S.No.53/2020 and this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to instruct the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending suit and this Court also made it clear that the writ jurisdiction cannot be permitted to be parallely invoked. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for liberty of this Court to raise all the grounds before the civil Court and to file an appropriate application seeking for interim orders. Such liberty is granted and it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the pending civil suit.
