This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.47 of 2019 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent Police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2019 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.1853 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
