ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. I have perused the entire materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.02.2021 seeking refix the salary for Mechanist Grade I instead of Mechanist Grade II.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to dispose the appeal dated 05.02.2021 filed by the petitioner to refix his salary as a Mechanist Grade I.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submit that the appeal will be taken up for hearing and disposed within a period of three months from the date of this order.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal dated 05.02.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
