Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent to the Selection list of register number of candidates selected provisionally for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Health Officer in the Tamil Nadu Public Health Service 1999-2000 to 2005-2006 for which oral test was held on 20.08.2007 and final selection list published on 07.09.2007 and quash the same. This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent to the Selection list of register number of candidates selected provisionally for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Health Officer in the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Public Health Service 1999-2000 to 2005-2006, for which, oral test was held on 20.08.2007 and final selection list published on 07.09.2007 and quash the same.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner did not come within the zone of consideration.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, this Writ Petition is closed.
