This contempt petition has been filed challenging the order passed in W.P.No.19131 of 2016, dated 20.2.2018.

Assistant Commissioner, Coimbatore, dated 14.08.2019, would submit that as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.19131 of 2016, dated 20.02.2018, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same was disposed of. The said letter is taken on file.

3. In the light the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
