This petition is filed by the petitioner under Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC., to order substituted service to the respondent by paper publication.

2. The reasons stated in the affidavit is that already the petitioner has taken notice to the respondent. However, the respondent is evading from service of notice. Hence, this petition is filed for substituted service.

3. In view of the above said reasons stated by the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

4. The petitioner is permitted to take notice in any one of the Tamil daily local news paper by mentioning the date of hearing as 03.07.2024. Post the case on 03.07.2024 12.06.2024 (1/2) mpa https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
