Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to issue the clearance or approval to the fifth respondent to issue the shifting licence under Rule 11(1) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Wood based Industries Rules, 2010, on the basis of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 15.12.2014.
