This petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.51 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore and quash the proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the maintenance case proceedings itself has been disposed of by the Family Court, Coimbatore by an order dated 26.05.2017.
