ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner made a representation dated 26.10.2015 seeking establishment of a Grama Sevai Mayam, at Paanapuram Town Panchayat.

The said representation is still pending consideration and seeking early disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R2 and R3.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015, a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
