This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed petitioners as legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner Bangarammal in the above Civil Revision Petition and rank them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

3.Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
