This petition is filed challenging the docket order dated 22.04.2025 passed in the petition dated 01.04.2025 in unnumbered SR MP No. of 2025 in M.P.No.388 of 2024 in CVC No.173 of 2023, and to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, to take it on file and dispose of it in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner filed a petition to receive additional documents. However, the Trial Court, without even taking the application on file, rejected it as not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to re-present the petition before the Trial Court, and the Trial Court is directed to take the petition on file and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that, in the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13962 of 2025, the case number "DVC No.173 of 2023" has been erroneously stated as "CVC No.173 of 2023" instead of "DVC No.173 of 2023."

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case number mentioned in the prayer portion and in Paragraph 1 of the operative portion of the order dated 30.04.2025 shall stand corrected to read as "DVC No.173 of 2023."

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13962 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 5/6

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 30.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13962 of 2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
