(Delivered by D. KRISHNAKUMAR,J.) The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14.11.2019 passed n W.P. No. 31983 of 2019.

When the writ appeal is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the 2nd appellant that the notification 2\5

No.12/2019 dated 28.08.2019 and 04.10.2019 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board pursuant to which the 1st respondent herein/writ petitioner had applied for the post of Assistant Professor has since been withdrawn and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeal and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the 2nd appellant has also produced the proceedings dated 02.12.2022 to that effect. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd appellant, recording the same, the writ appeal stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
