O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred the contempt petition for violation of the interim order granted in M.P.No.2 of 2009 in W.P.No.13710 of 2009 dated 21.07.2009.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that against this order Government preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble First Division Bench in W.A. No.1558 of 2010. The Division Bench by its order dated 02.09.2010 has modified the interim order and permitted the petitioners to proceed with filling up of vacancies by considering the case of the petitioners also along with others and take a decision in accordance with law.

3. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the case of the petitioner was considered and she was also temporarily promoted hence no contempt would prevail in this matter.
