It is the grievance of the learned Advocate Commissioner that the attesting witness requires the original Will to been seen and hence, seek custody of the original Will from this Court.

2. The registry is directed to hand over the Original Will to the Advocate Commissioner on a memo filed by the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall return the original Will after recording the evidence.
