ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 318 (4) of BNS in crime No. not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that there exists money dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and the petition enquiry is pending in C.No.197 of 2025 and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners' appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
